Who cares if your asked to lapse in the summer, if you have time in your day , do it , if you don’t then don’t and why go 45 mins over anyway, you don’t have to .Dogbone1510 wrote: ↑19 Jul 2023, 16:13Serious question especially after today's farce of council letters for all addresses so went 45mins over(taking them with other mail or pkts only I may add) even tho being told to roll them over for a few days (would have made no difference) What happens after the September live date when we work over our times all winter then when comes to summer and I bet your bottom dollar we're forced to lapse and not get our time back?? That’s only until the “ My Performance “ tile appears on your PDA. Then if you cut off, your work rate will be examined, you’ll be dragged into the office to argue about your work rate and “ counselling “ or bullying as I like to call it will be used to manage you out of the business. I expect a few yes voters will start to get buyers regretthefox wrote: ↑19 Jul 2023, 18:38Was thinking that myselfchickenwittle wrote: ↑19 Jul 2023, 16:23What are you talking about ? Re: The agreement
I expect no voters who have thrown a strop over the result, and handed in their union membership, will be in for a bigger shock as they will be targeted first. Good luck with no union support I guess.deadbox wrote: ↑19 Jul 2023, 23:17That’s only until the “ My Performance “ tile appears on your PDA. Re: The agreement
what utter drivel. RM dont care if you or anyone is in the union, the dispute, the surrender agreement and the the week that has been ater so said agreement, says otherwise.
dont be so gullible, will make things harder for you in the future

Re: The agreement
It’s not drivel to suggest it is preferable to have union representation as we are heading towards one of the most tumultuous periods of any of our working career. If you think it is better to go it alone then I guess we agree to disagree.

Re: The agreement
i havnt said its better to go alone, i didnt make that claim.
you however made the claim that RM will come after the non CWU grades first.
this is what i disagree with you on. they came after us all in the dispute
BTW i am a NO voter but i am still in the union, just because it didnt go the way i voted nor the way i wanted doesnt mean i come out.
This is 1 of 2 reasons primarly why i am still in the CWU as i will never know when i will need representation.

Re: The agreement
Management aren't bothered if their staff are in the Union or not when it comes to conduct issues, although I'm sure many of them are in their Union
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
