My package has been stuck in Medway MC for over a week (inbound from US). Is this a customs delay?

Its possible but I don't think so as https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/LZ312871317US states its on its way to the Delivery Office.
Might be worth checking with the local postie to see if there are delays in your area. There are new stories popping up all over of undeclared delays check out the News Section for a taste of them.

I'm the shipper from the US side, the recipient has no idea whats going on.
USPS told me they can't help me either.
