If this is true then people should challenge it legally with a no win no fee lawyer.
Why would you need to use a no win no fee lawyer?
There are so many knowledgeable legal people on this forum I am sure they will explain how it is an easy win.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

No need to lie I am only giving you a account of the discussion I had with my manager, he also said the union knows full well of the situation and he is right, I asked the union and they told me that they cannot force HR to speed things up what a shower of s__t.

The CWU have lamely allowed Royal Mail bosses to have that all-important first swing of the axe to start chipping away at our sick pay allowance.

Absolutely disgusting, and something no trade union worthy of the name, should ever endorse.

Have to agree the dispute was more than pay and the ballot is just a rubber stamp on pay and little else!

I can't understand why RM want to change our sick policy? It's not abused by anyone - is it?????

Good plan. Let's all go sick so that RM can see that the system is not abused and that we are genuinely concerned about their plan to change the sick policy.

IHR has been put on hold till after 1st August I was told this morning by a manager.
It's absolutely disgraceful whar RM have done, holding back the IHR till after 1st August. If this is true then people should challenge it legally with a no win no fee lawyer. I wouldn't use CWU lawyers, don't think you would get anywhere.

The unions legal team is basically Dave and Andy telling you that you can put in a grievance.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

Your posts get more and more embarrassing.
You are going to waste your employer's time by going sick because of a yes vote.
You are going to waste the NHS' time by getting a sick note because of a yes vote.

If your quack is a staunch socialist he will have you down as a time wasting malingerer and tell you to stop wasting his valuable time.

It is hardly surprising you have left the union. You're not a trade unionist are you.
