2nd class signed for

Post by Byrond »

Hi,
I send a lot of signed for letters out due to selling duplicate trading cards from my collections. The track and tracing stops at accepted at post office. Obviously when they sign for it then it updates.
My problem is a lot of times it's stuck at accepted at post office when they have recieved the item. I know this due to them updating my feedback saying it's arrived safetly.
Is it being posted without a signature? The issue is sometimes they say it hasn't arrived when most likely it was one of those posted without a signature when it should have been. I can't prove this as track and trace doesn't progress from being accepted at the post office and I have to refund them. Surely this many signed for letters aren't getting lost?

Sorry for the inconvenience, just wondering if you guys know what's up. Thanks in advance.

Tracked is a better service than signed for, so you could switch to this service temporarily and see how you feel about it.
