My rep just said to me that the managers here don't have a plan and we could easily just stay open after 10 and they wouldn't be bothered.. I said that in line with the instructions that I will be closing at 10. He then said what about customers dropping stuff off? I said they would have to come back when we are open.. I honestly hope the complaints go mental. As that's the only way the business will listen.. if they do.. all I know is its a joke how the business see a valuable service...

We have a list with the new times on our Enquiry Office door.
The people that work in there have been briefed on their new roles.
I assume it is.

Thought it was getting challenged by the union.
Terrible treatment by Royal Mail.

As of tomorrow, the Enquiry Office at my office, open 2hrs in the morning and 2hrs in the late afternoon, a cut in staff numbers and management doing exactly what they want!
Around 2 weeks ago all reps and managers sat on a conference call we’re senior management told local managers to adhere to agreement's, DDA protections, then the they are told the next day, cut hours, cut hours cut hours.
Disagreement has now gone in, but little will done by local managers as they don’t have the balls to stand up to area managers pressures, well not if they wanna stay managers, but I have no sympathy for them, they get paid the bigger bucks, and crossed our picket lines for the bribes and shopping vouchers!
