I paid for postage of two parcels, both equalling around £16 combined, paid for it but the transaction was denied even though I’ve paid for 3 other parcels today. It stated no money had left my account on the Royal Mail site but I looked at my bank account to check and the money has left yet my Royal Mail account is still saying I haven’t paid for it. I tried repaying on my PayPal account for the lesser value parcel to see if it was a card issue ( it’s not ) and it did the same with my PayPal. Transaction denied.
I did do this immediately after they updated the site tonight at 9, which I don’t know if that’s the issue, however I’ve now lost over £20 and have no labels, what do I do?
