My parcel to East London has gone to Medway/Gatwick
My special delivery parcel worth over £100 was destined for East London ended up in Medway and then on its way to Gatwick. There's been no update since. Is this parcel doomed?

Very hard to give an opinion without some indication of when this happened.
It isn't that unusual for parcels to go to the wrong mail centre and then get sent on to where they should be. I have had this happen with Specials that I sent in the past.

What is the first half of the post code for where it's going? It sounds like there's a problem with the address on the item as Gatwick won't cover any part of London unless a small bit of Greater London comes under the area that they cover.

As usual with customers, there is very little information to go on, destination post codes, reference numbers etc.
