Because people are dumb enough to have been brainwashed into thinking the union paid to look after their best interests are somehow more responsible for this predicament than the company who are actually damaging their working conditions, through years of corporate greed.

And we all know, RM need a deal. It's too expensive running a company without the backing and acceptance of 115,000 employees. RM walking away from negotiations after a NO vote would be business suicide. We are now the negotiators, not CWU

It takes as long for me to respond to your post as it takes you to make it. I’m also on delivery when I usually contribute so the best of both worlds.

This is a new one. I’ve been accused of being a manager before, but I’ll take this one as a compliment.

Now is the time to be getting better conditions not worsening them, the CWU are a disgrace at the moment ,at the beginning they were going to get this and that and over time have caved in to Royal Mail's narrative and how they think the company should change.I will always vote NO on any agreement that try's to change terms and conditions that are there to protect the worker and would expect my union never to put that on the table,im afraid our union leaders are going to have to dig deep and find a backbone they have let us down badly ,lets see if they can get some respect back when the NO vote comes back.

Exactly production has gone down big time the amount of agency workers coming in now to clear up the mess,i think they are slowly losing control.

My PDA actuals where checked yesterday as I brought a lot back including tracked, untracked and bags of mail.
Was put on a duty that hadn't been out since last Friday and all the mail was brought back then.
My Actuals showed I didn't stop 🛑 once.
