:wave Hello postman and postwoman in this forum. Just realised last time I posted in this forum was 12 years ago. That means I didn't encounter any issue with RM since. Well done and thanks for all your hard work!

Unfortunately, an unusual event occurred recently and I had to come back here for advice again. Thank you in advance.

Expecting an incoming parcel from Thailand LX008629018TH. The tracking stopped it arrived Medway MC at 2am Monday June 12. No information since and no sign of whereabouts. From my past experience, once a parcel was at Medway DC, it usually got delivered to me within 2 working days. So for this one to be stuck there for so long, should I be worried? I did try to reach RM on Twitter, unfortunately the advice I was given was to ask sender to contact Thai Post :chuckle

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
