Could someone please advise, on the 15th may I sent tracked documents to the Australian Passport office in London with all the correct details postcode etc, 2 week later i checked the tracking and my documents where at Heathrow International LC, I tried contact the royal post to no avail
the 8th June It states my documents have been delivered to PO BOX by National return centre?, on the 15th my documents have been received at the northern Ireland MC........ its a long way from London WC2B 4LA
Could someone please advise why my documents are in Northern Ireland and not at the Australian passport Office London, any assistance would be much appreciated

I guessing but it looks like its been sent to Royal Mails office in Belfast. We send anything we cant deliver there that doesnt have a return address on the envelope or box. They will open up the item to try find a return address inside and send the item to the return address.
