Can someone advise how to get one parcel moving, it is international tracked and signed and it got stuck in Greenford, this document need to arrive to foreign country to register child birth it was paid over 100£ to get fast apostle, fast translation and posting 3 times to get this done fast track. This doc is crucial in order to get citizenship and passport and visa for child and be able to travel out from UK with a baby to get some help from family as I am alone in UK with newborn. My maternity is only 4 months and too short to wait one month to start investigating where is parcel. Can someone please help.

What country is it going to?
International Signed For isn't tracked outside of the UK so the next tracking event will be when delivery is attempted

It is tracked and signed for, sorry. It is going to Serbia, in Europe, so it is possible that is traveling? Thank you for your reply, it means a lot as I am desperate, honestly.

Yes is extremely likely.
When items are between countries (as in Customs) the tracking pauses or stops whilst they do their stuff. Greenford can pass their items to Customs so my best guess is that it is held up in either UK or Serbian Customs, there is no way to tell which I am afraid.

Thank you, my local post made me send it as parcel because I didn’t want to bend it in small envelope. so it make sense that is at custom, I just hope it is not lost
