So I ordered some shoes from addidas and got a notification that they had been delivered on Monday 5th at 10:42am however I had not received any packages and the proof picture showed 5 boxes of addidas shoes which is strange since I only ordered one pair and a front door which was not mine or my neighbours since the brick of the wall is completely different.
I have not received any Red card making me believe the labeled address is wrong on however the email from royal mail and addidas confirmed that I inputted the correct details.
I've put in a redelivery request but it hasn't come today like the confirmation email stated. Any help would be appreciated.

If you have had a notification that the parcel has been delivered already, it can't be redelivered.
You need someone to tell you the GPS location of the photograph confirming delivery. Then you will know where your shoes were.
Have you contacted Adidas to confirm non-delivery?

No just small road with a bunch of houses its not hard to mix up and house numbers are very clear, this is why I think there must of been some error with the house address on the box
