Re: Consideration of Dismissal
We were getting bombarded every day with information from the CWU,when they needed posties support. Now we don’t hear a thing. What’s happened to Stan and Ollie ? Looks like they have taken their bat and ball home. They have tried leading posties up s**t creek without a paddle, never mind the paddle posties don’t even have a canoe. All I want to say to Stan and Ollie ( called that by a previous Postie ). “Well, that’s another fine mess you have got posties into “.

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Thanks and that's what I believe, that they haven't followed the correct procedure and I am waiting for more paperwork from them which I will read thoroughly.TrueBlueTerrier wrote: ↑29 May 2023, 08:58If that's true make sure you contact the Union and request the Area Rep attend the meeting with you.rhymesnme1 wrote: ↑27 May 2023, 16:03Hi,
I have very recently been verbally told that I am on COD or Stage 3 and was previously verbally told I was on a Stage 2 but neither I have had a meeting about and or signed and agreed to.
I have left my recent sick absence at work but remember seeing that my Stage 1 had ended.
Thanks for reading.
If they haven't followed the correct procedure, which seems likely, they should not be able to dismiss you.

Once I receive all the details on paper I will then arrange for a good Union Rep to assist me in the meeting.rhymesnme1 wrote: ↑20 Jun 2023, 07:33Thanks and that's what I believe, that they haven't followed the correct procedure and I am waiting for more paperwork from them which I will read thoroughly.TrueBlueTerrier wrote: ↑29 May 2023, 08:58If that's true make sure you contact the Union and request the Area Rep attend the meeting with you.rhymesnme1 wrote: ↑27 May 2023, 16:03Hi,

Re: Consideration of Dismissal
We have had stage ones not automatically applied in our office, he was one of the managers pets, we both had same operation both dealt on return by same manager, mine issued his not. So grievance put in, I was offered all kinds of sweeteners to withdraw grievance, they even refused to register complaint with HR, moral of story is I am still here other guy gone,
