Tracking number LB433526311US shows no movement. Royal Mail don’t seem to have taken custody of it yet.

The status you posted is one that the USPS do just as they hand it over to UK customs.
Uk Customs are a government enforcement agency and Royal Mail cant access any parcel they hold until Customs release it.
UK Customs will always review random batches of mail, and when they do delays are inevitable.
Some posters claim they have contacted Customs and sorted out their issues, but none have posted which contact number they used.

Have you had any update on your parcel yet? We also have a parcel stuck there since the 5th May too :(

I Have a parcel from China stuck at Heathrow International LC been there 5 days can't find any reference to Heathrow International LC
