P&O ferries was able to fire and rehire around 700 staff on less wages because the company was based abroad. This is unlikely to happen in our company because it's not only illegal in this country but the govt. have also tightened up restrictions on companies doing this. Are you really suggesting that the company are going to sack thousands of postal workers and replace us all with thousands of these cheap immigrants overnight!
