Yes that tracking makes no sense unless it was found in the bottom of an empty container. For an official excuse you may want to go tocontact RM officially.ZepsToysUK wrote: ↑30 Apr 2023, 19:04No Update in tracking in 3 weeks and now something???

You used Royal Mail Tracked 48 for an item going to Gibraltar?

Re: No movement in 3 weeks?
I'm not even sure how the OP managed to put an international item on a Tracked 48 service. RM systems are intelligent enough to stop this from happening. It's possible that the address shows Gibraltar, United Kingdom in user error. Either way, this will probably be returned to sender as there's no way a customs form is going to be printed for a UK service and without a customs form it's not going anywhere.

I think we can probably assume that this item is underpaid. As such, it should be returned to sender. Did you include a return address?
Also, Gibraltar counts as overseas, so has a different prohibitions list to UK internal mail. What was inside?

It should be returned to the OP labelled up as "Service not available"Snaggletooth wrote: ↑09 May 2023, 10:55I think we can probably assume that this item is underpaid. As such, it should be returned to sender. Did you include a return address?

Re: Parcel hasn't moved for 6 days.
Royal mail have not yet delivered my parcel for 7 days straight. It is tracked 48 and the tracking number is TQ055337954GB. I contacted customer service many times and they have just repeated the same story that maybe its been delayed and another guy try to make me feel better by saying that he sent something 1st class and it arrived at its destination 13 days later. I actually had to send the parcel myself because the royal mail driver didn't even bother to come and collect it. So I personally handed it over to them and they printed the label out for me. It got scanned at Nottingham and from there it's not been any sort of movement or hasn't been scanned at the next facility at all. I'm getting really concerned about this now. The customer service person told me that it may be a delay at the jubilee mail centre. I seriously don't know what to do at this point. Either they've lost it or they have it at the next facility and are refusing to scan it. The tracking number is on it so it definitely has its return address details from the tracking number. I don't know what they are doing. One problem after the other with this courier. After I get this sorted I'm never ever using the services from this courier ever again.
