Now there’s suddenly more dosh😂😂,that carrot better be close to what we should’ve got for a back dated rise, needs to around 2k mark not poxy £500.
If not don’t bother insulting us MW
Would still be no From everyone I speak to in my office anyway👍
An you honestly think they will all vote no??
Yes why not , There are clever people , They know a awful sell out deal when the see it .
Did'nt say they were not clever but cannot an will not believe they will all vote no
There is no reason to vote yes , It is a awful deal , A complete surrender of terms and conditions , It is giving royal mail a green to force in any changes they want because they know how weak we are if we vote yes .

The CWU have been a massive failure and should not be asking us to accept this sell out deal .

£500 pro rata is just not good enough at least get a consolidated % amount agreed and come back with that.

Suspect that a lot of colleagues will not want to accept the agreement but will not
want to throw the baby out with the bathwater either by voting no (in order to keep a job with
worse T&C's etc.) and in the end will not vote either way at all! IMHO the number of votes
to achieve a majority either way will be a lot lower than that required for the IA ballots.

You aren’t fighting back against RM though, you are fighting against the union trying to secure an agreement that will minimise the impact on your working life and reward you with a pay rise. Voting no only harms yourself, not RM. With no agreement in place they carry on regardless and impose change without any resistance.

It shows them we are not weak and will not be bullied ,

It also tells the union they need to do better than this pathetic sell out deal .

go into administration who cares the job isnt worth doing for next to nothing, same wage in less stressful industries, 3 years will be up we will be in line with minumum wage, absolute disgrace to think we knocked our pan in during covid for the greed at the top to reward themselves. I expect the propanganda to be rife in the next few weeks going into administration if we vote no all that crap, well screw u, im voting no jobs s**t

No sure how many times it has to be said, Royal Mail cannot put themselves into admin. Stop scaremongering…

You seem to think that voting no will somehow make both sides sit down and thrash out a new deal. It won’t happen because both sides have reached the point where they are satisfied that there is nowhere else for them to go. If the vote comes back as a no, despite both sides saying that this is as good as we are going to get, what do you picture happening? More strikes aren’t happening, because there is nothing to gain from them. The union have admitted this by agreeing to this agreement. There will be no more talks as both sides have already reached a compromise. There is nowhere for them to go.

Voting no hurts you alone and will result in worse working conditions and no pay rise.

Yes but voting no will make some people think they are fighting the good fight (when in reality they are tilting at windmills)
And look I didn't need to quote half a page of stuff before replying.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

You do not know whats going to happen but pretend you do as always ,

Massive no from me to this pathetic deal .
