with the poor pay of £500 only for us with no backdated pay, why don't the union do a deal with royal mail, could get us £1500 lump sum and back dated pay if we shut down the callers offices, royal mail would make savings that way. Lets face it the posties are doing everything now plus the callers work, not many parcels brought back today for the 2nd attempt shows u their is no need for the callers, so union could use this as leeway to get us a better deal, since theirs no use for callers now

I suspect that an increased lump sum (if we get one offered) would have been budgeted for when the deal was announced.
We have all been played for a while now due to us being pretty easy to predict.
