Listening to Andy Furey now on the local reps brief and he’s still going on about what we’ve won😞😞😞

If this deal stands any chance of being voted in they have got to stop p*ss**g on members backs and telling them it’s raining 🤬🤬🤬

They refused to answer any questions and didn’t even answer the ones webby asked, such as, why do we have to work 20 hours for free before we get the shorter weeks?

Do they really think RM are going to hand over more money for a bigger lump sum it might help sweeten the deal for some people but RM aren’t going to just handover more money for nothing

Not one person I've spoken with is accepting this deal so I've no idea how it's getting voted in?

Unless you’ve spoken to above 50,000 people it is scientifically pointless to predict which way the vote will go.

However it’s conceivable to take the amount who are showing discontent towards the deal, the folk who have voted against it on the poll on this site and fact many reps/area reps are against the deal to conclude it’s very possible it may get voted down.

I’d agree nearly everyone I spoke to it was a no, however since it’s had time to marinate I think a lot of those hard no’s will become soft yes’s

I would agree with that. I don’t think many have any fight in them anymore.

I actually think the vote is going to be really close to call.
Although lots are saying no it’s a rubbish deal in the same voice they say I can’t face another series of strikes

I was also on the call today and did not see it the way you did and have been to unit reps this morning and going to anther this afternoon and another different one tomorrow morning I think sometimes on here and social media you can get into a bubble.

The majority of our members do not go anywhere near social media in discussions over work.

Dave and Andy confirmed that all local reps were released to attend a face to face meeting where all their questions would be answered as the meeting was on scheduled for 30 to 40 minutes.

This issue with seasonal variations is strange and shows the mistrust in the business. The start of seasonal variations had to start at some stage and the union did not believe it should have start in June because we want to carry out a pilot to see if it works and also for it to work the uso and quality of service needs to be restored.

I don’t ever hear people on wallington duties complaining that they have to work an 37 hours over 5 weeks before they get their Wally week.

This belief that everyone balances their hours in a week is most not the case unless you don’t have longs and shorts or a shorter Saturday or unless you have a fixed rest day.

If they give us the 6 percent backdated to april and 1500 one off payment followed by 2 percent it would just about sway a yes from me
