London pay ranges go up in line the 6% from April and 2% next year and get the £500. There is no additional 10%, it is the same offer for all CWU grades apart Fleet.
One question if you get this over the line is this 100% legally binding till April 2025?
You don't need to know the answer, since the deal is a non starter
Get us a deal then you don't even have an outline of one you have no clue what to do!

No the legal guarantees served a purpose immediately after we were privatised but as the company proved last year if it was really intent on ripping up our agreements and forcing change in our workplace they would just serve notice on legal guarantees by saying they were loss making.

No the way forward with this agreement is that the company cannot survive without both parties working together and improving the culture in the workplace.

ACAS will over sea the agreement bur there has to be change in Royal Mails position.
ACAS involvement appears to be of no benefit to us.

It's a no vote.

I’m sorry I want an end to this dispute but…

With summers set to get hotter and our rounds have gotten bigger it’s madness to move our delivery times so we will be delivering at the hottest part of the day

I really don’t feel they’ve explored alternatives solutions

Has Royal Mail spoken with the government regarding the issue of mail arriving later due to no longer using airplanes?

Surely there could be some negotiation about mail coming from further afield, maybe an extra days grace on the delivery window

I mean if customers feel strongly enough about reducing carbon footprint then I don’t think they would object

So I’m sorry but I’m not going to vote yes to a deal that would be detrimental to my health

A union leadership that is so far out of step with it's members is a massive failure on the part of the PEC.

I really hope you send the Div and Area reps into units to try and sell this to us, let them feel the genuine anger of the membership.

Read the effing room.

not read all the comments after, but i find it disgusting that my union has endorsed this deal, does anyone believe that after working our bollox off during the pandemic putting our own lives and family members lives at risk for the greater good working in very extreme challenging circumstances to be told we are only worth a 2% rise for 22/23 after giving away our pot? the cwu lost their way in chasing deals that weren't going to materialise
then to be told we must work even harder! rm & cwu leaders are just pure scum, soon as my ballot paper arrives, x in the no box and start job hunting
there is absolutely no future here, hope ward & co are happy with their non league tactics

No the way forward with this agreement is that the company cannot survive without both parties working together and improving the culture in the workplace.

The above statement is a joke.
Bullying, harassment and the "Us and Them culture" were first identified in the Government report by Lord Hooper in 2009.

It has been more than a decade and it still continues

You think people care? there are alternatives to mail if a simple letter is taking days they are just going to find alternative means such as e mail or ringing. letters are not needed. making them worse will not be a good thing ,

You'll have no choice my friend because the word on the street is that the deal is an emphatic no. You'll be dragged along with us whether you like it or not. I look forward to your reactions, commentary, rants and general non constructive dumbfoundry upon the delivery of the emphatic delicious No vote
It does not not bother me one bit never crossed a picket line in my life and never will thing is what is your deal to call it off?
