No deal is perfect lets face it, but this is a good deal, and one that we should accept, and see it as
a victory for postal workers and the CWU. For that is what it is.

A no vote would play right into the hands of Royal Mail and give them the cast iron excuse
to go in administration.

And we all know what that means for all of us, the DOLE :arrrghhh
Catastrophe does not even cover it :Sick
The whole thing is playing into Royal Mail’s hands. The want the union to be no more and by the looks of it they are getting their way.

I can see why people hate the deal I’m not to impressed with it myself but I’m not sure if we can get any better.

Problem is the dispute has been so nasty and has gone on for so long that any changes in it are going to annoy people.

So what happens if the majority of us say NO in the ballot ??? The CWU haven’t got a Plan B and surely by voting NO we are still going to mess everything up and we won’t get a better deal this side 2033…I honestly think we should say YES because there will NOT be anything better than what the CWU have got for us right now.
Mess everything up , are you joking , This awful deal could not get any messier ,
At least a no vote might get rid of Dave Ward because the members have had enough of him and is clueless tactics .

Norris not every unit will finish at 16:30.

The agreement is quite clear the majority of the 1250 delivery units will finish before 15:30 , the vast majority by 16:00.

The joint working groups which will over see it will be seeing that you move up to one hour from your current start times. Only if that cannot be achieved is the default of 90 mins deployed for that unit.
The workforce do not agree to this. FFS, represent us do not go agreeing to the stuff we do not agree to. What on earth is this garbage? :arrrghhh
EXACTLY, the union are sounding more and more like management. If I was still there I would start to organise to get rid of the whole lot of the upper bods in the union. There not fit for purpose. :thumbdown

Job has already!
Terms of employment that is better than some jobs out there!

This was the attitude that cost the miners all their jobs under Scargill.
A good general only leads his troops out to battle when the conditions favour a victory.
Solidarity won't pay bills and feed hungry mouths.
Job Security should be No.1 in all postal worker's minds.

Has this initial post been put on by one of Royal Mail's moles? It certainly sounds like it. Anyone with a bit of sense should read the whole "agreement" and then take time to digest what it actually means. We've been done over. It's a NO NO NO from me.

And that's a pretty standard answer when someone doesn't like what's been said.

I understand why someone is accusing somebody else of being a mole as no one in thier right mind thinks this is a good deal ffs.

You must be missing a brain If you do.

Vote NO.
