The whole thing is playing into Royal Mail’s hands. The want the union to be no more and by the looks of it they are getting their way.
I can see why people hate the deal I’m not to impressed with it myself but I’m not sure if we can get any better.
Problem is the dispute has been so nasty and has gone on for so long that any changes in it are going to annoy people.
So what happens if the majority of us say NO in the ballot ??? The CWU haven’t got a Plan B and surely by voting NO we are still going to mess everything up and we won’t get a better deal this side 2033…I honestly think we should say YES because there will NOT be anything better than what the CWU have got for us right now.

At least a no vote might get rid of Dave Ward because the members have had enough of him and is clueless tactics .
The agreement is quite clear the majority of the 1250 delivery units will finish before 15:30 , the vast majority by 16:00.
The joint working groups which will over see it will be seeing that you move up to one hour from your current start times. Only if that cannot be achieved is the default of 90 mins deployed for that unit.
The workforce do not agree to this. FFS, represent us do not go agreeing to the stuff we do not agree to. What on earth is this garbage?
EXACTLY, the union are sounding more and more like management. If I was still there I would start to organise to get rid of the whole lot of the upper bods in the union. There not fit for purpose.

Because I striked for weeks to get all the terms and conditions like sick pay, better shift allowances ect and I'm watch ing it being ripped apart. Also I'm a union rep at DWP.
