If its voted down, what happens?
Does the company fold with the loss of 140,000 jobs?
Nope union say staff don't agree come back with a better deal to RM,
Not a chance.

What happens then?

No agreement..... Moan.
An agreement..... Moan.
:Applause Facebook and bulletin boards always attract more than their fair share of bedwetters, thankful the silent majority have abit more about them. Let see what the negotiators have come back with and let’s go from there. My personal feeling is it isn’t over yet.

If by immediate, you mean over the next 3 years, after agreeing to radical changes, sure. Another one who doesn’t bother to read proposals.
It is 8% over 2 years. You have already had 2% last year.

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Well, it's not going to fold overnight as the company were immediately planning on giving us all a 10% pay increase.

Thank goodness for that :nana .
Why? You have no idea what is in the negotiator's agreement.

I doubt there's much to celebrate, but again I don't know.

We have to see it.
I don't see the point of throwing good money after bad, we gave it a good go and continuing would result in a Pyrrhic victory.
A totally bizarre reply.
You are already signing up for something you have no idea what it is.
Not really how much more money were you willing to lose?another £1500?
Then what kind of deal would you be looking at to get your 3k back?

Ok, it is still a ‘3 year deal’. One year of it we are already into, considering how long this s**t-show has been going on for. Hardly an overnight 10% raise.

Wardy and Fury didn't think that was good enough so we may get an improved offer.
