Reducing indoor by 25 minutes it takes that just doing D2Ds if you only have two had nine in last 2 weeks and that's on a rural with single slots God help the poor lads and lassies on proper deliveries with double slots the management require a reality check come down and do a delivery for once in your life walk a mile in our shoes sorry 9 miles

If option B: that would mean 2% again for this year and the £1500 lump sum, would be minus £500 in tax and national insurance, would that be right.

There would not be an option if it was not for strikers you Parasite , You should just get 2% and nothing else .

If this was put to a vote I would be voting NO
This dispute was never about pay and it's basically the same sh*te that Royal Mail have wanted from day one.
Given a 97% strike mandate and this is a deal that the union are close to agreeing!! Are they off their tits?

This is the situation currently for me. Our office finish time is currently 3pm. Just gives me enough time to get to the primary school for 3.30, if our office times go back an hour it’s going to cost me an extra £60 a week for after school clubs. No pay rise unless it was something mental like 20% is going to be good enough for me. I’ll always vote no for any deal that includes later starts, it’s why I went on strike last year and lost over £1000. I’m appalled that the union has basically agreed to this later start crap, if I knew they were going to do this I wouldn’t have voted yes to strike and might have walked across a picket line. If this deal gets through in its current form I’ll have to leave next March, how many other staff are the same? That's what I'm wondering, this is different to the previous we can be asked to flex 30 minutes for an unforeseen circumstance like a lorry getting stuck in traffic idea, this is more like 30 minutes enforced unpaid overtime,is it supposed to be if required per day or week or whenever they feel like it, it says when workload dictates it's required so what's that supposed to mean, I can see the managers interpreting it as 30 minutes forced unpaid overtime, who knows how we'll get it back will they say start 30 mins later? Will they just hope for a quiet day so they can say there you go mate you've finished early today, as far as I can make out it's a step closer to flexi hours especially if used in conjunction with the seasonal hours also detailed on the info page.pieoftheday wrote: ↑07 Apr 2023, 12:5430 minutes flex balanced out over 10days? Buy down of terms and conditions for peanuts. Also throwing a lot of part timers and new starters under the bus.

So would that mean we no longer have a finish time, plus we work out in the heat for 5-6 hours, winter in freezing cold and rain, for a 10% 3 year deal, and then be told we are not working quick enough, those with young children might not be able to pick them up until 5 pm. Or I'm reading it all wrong
