Ask yourself why they will not put a deal to the members?

They included the issue of sacked and suspended reps into the negotiations that were not part of the ballot paper holding the entire workforce to ransom
It’s not that they won’t put a deal to there members , Royal Mail are intentionally giving them offers they know they can’t accept

Are they though? Ward stated in one of the live sessions that they wouldn’t even begin the talks until the issue of the suspended reps was dealt with. Personally, I don’t remember giving them a vote to do that and if it is what’s causing the delays/disagreement then strikes are likely to get thrown out again due to it being a separate issue.
Nobody knows, which is an issue in itself, what is being offered, if anything and it sure isn’t up to the PE to decide what is adequate. That’s for US.

To be honest, all of this stinks to high heaven from both sides.
I don’t trust either RM or CWU officials anymore and we’re stuck right in the fu£&in middle.

Sure the forum will like this one ,,

I want to know what really happened with Pullinger
I want to see all CWU officials stock trading history

You will not be clapping and shouting once the P45 arrives.
Some of us want to stay in a secure job with a guaranteed wage packet each month
When and where are you finding this secure job then because it’s certain not with Royal Mail under Thompson & Co!

I want to know what really happened with Pullinger
It's not hard to find out.
He posted this on his Facebook page 10 days ago open to the public.
Starting the process of getting my life back, further heart scans last week and awaiting a follow up consultant appointment now. My level of fitness is shamefully low so the process begins now of building it back up with some light walking, accompanied by the magic under the tongue spray that they give you in case you get in trouble. Knowing how hard people work, I feel ridiculous saying that getting going again is personally really tough for me. However, the comeback has started and I wanted to share that with you, despite my moaning, the pictures show there were some stunning rewards on today’s walk.

I am acutely aware that my personal struggles pale into insignificance when I think of the postal workers and what they have been and are being put through. Regardless of age or health I will always feel their pain and have the upmost respect for them. I’m so proud of them and draw on their character, strength and determination as my personal motivation.

One step at a time. Never give up.
Of course there are probably still some idiots on here that would say he's faking the whole thing...

Perhaps if people didn't continually engage with him, he might stop?
Don't feed the troll and all that.

Perhaps if some people were civil and engage with the objectives of debates to attain a balanced conclusion without juvenile insults and party loyalty?

Royal Mails “best and final offer” which as it stands is still the latest offer Royal Mail have published to us was overwhelmingly rejected by us when we voted to continue strike action

If most of us were happy to accept that “best and final offer” then the ballot result to continue strikes would have came back NO

So let’s stop the charade that we don’t have any say

The fact that you talk about a monthly pay packet convinced me even more you're a manager troll

Redlen himself posted the other day that he is employed by Royal Mail but not as a delivery postman so it’s a bit much to accuse him of “slipping up” because he mentioned monthly pay.

I’m wondering. Why would someone who is so anti union spend so much time on a forum that is by and large so pro union?
It’s bizarre.
Simple mate, he is a wind up merchant who likes unsettling people, spreading division and is doing ST’s work for him. I don’t envy people who have to work alongside this simpleton.
The simpleton is also a coward who if not a manager is a manager's lick arse who would not dare say it out loud

Only on your terms Len?
You're neither civil nor balanced, you have an agenda and like a juvenile you backtrack, muddy the waters and then cry foul when you're caught out making things up.

There is enough for members to be stressed about in the reality of the situation without you coming on here to induce more anxiety ike a psychopathic child poking a dying animal with a stick.
