Quiet quitting is the way forward. I’ve been doing it for over 2 years. We got caught in traffic last week and went over by 5 minutes so I had a 5 minute longer break the next day.
Start on time
Take break
End on time
Work at a comfortable pace.
No rushing.
:Applause :Applause :Applause
I couldn’t give a flying F#&k about a deal now. Left the union, don’t get involved in the bitchin in the unit anymore..I’ve quietly quit, I arrive at work on time as I’ve always done, I then tell the Com I might struggle to complete. She normally replies “how do you know that, you’ve just walked through the door” I reply with just giving you as much notice as possible. :shhhhh As requested. I refuse to work overtime, I prioritise tracked as instructed, I do about 40% less steps a day compared to before them removing my duty. If I get a payrise brilliant if I don’t I’ve already budgeted for my current wage.
Life is so much more enjoyable as a quiet quitter :nana :nana
Just a quick question, how do you leave the union? Do you have to phone them up? Or can you do it via email?

We have been told we will be conducted if we can’t complete. We have all been given up to 2 hours extra delivery. We are all expecting a warning letter this week. Getting worse by the day.
Our reps would have a field day with this!

Slightly dodgy advice there. Always inform a manager that you are leaving/bringing stuff back.
Well, of course, I thought that would go without saying, but thanks for correcting me.

We won't hear anything today (the fake "deadline") like the other week for revisions.

We won't hear anything on monday either because "It will have to go before the PEC" when they meet on tuesday afternoons.

Then on wednesday a brief "Tweet" will inform us to "standby for a big online meeting" on thursday evening, where we will be told "A deal is very close"

Then there will be another fake "deadline" next weekend.

I honestly do not get all this dragging out of "talks" i actually suspect all the CWU are doing in there is whinging about some of their Reps who allegedly stuck the nut on people or allegedly kicked their cars when attempting to cross the pickets. I honestly think that is ALL they are doing and ALL they are interested in in the "talks".

If no deal is announced to the workforce FIRST tomorrow monday then i'am cancelling my union membership, i couldn't give one xxxx about the pontificating "PEC"

YOU GAVE US THE DEADLINE NOW YOU PONY UP TONIGHT OR MONDAY MORNING TO THE WORKFORCE "FIRST" anything else and we withdraw our subs EN MASSE.

Well lets put it this way intimidation goes along way till they get found out look at the deputy leader of the conservative party not naming him on here because of his bullying of his staff allegedly but anyone who does this is on very thin ice!

I think they will extend the talks for two weeks and mainly the status quo will be the main driver of this ie revisions on going and a full on 9% pay deal for last year and next year with slight changes in start times and little else.

It’s nearly half 5 on deadline day have they not come out with any update yet? Can see talk progressing and more talks announced for weeks to come.

There won’t be any more strikes.
