Package from UK to ITALY "arrived at delivery office" problem

Hello everybody

Just ordered some clothes from a UK store who used ROYAL MAIL for delivering to ITALY.

order made January the 19th, 2023
First royal mail tracking at JAN 30
had different tracking movements through France till FEB 13, where the last tracking message I got is "arrived ad delivery office - 761340"
so I googled that code along with Royal Mail and it says it's a place near Russia.

what do you suggest to do now?

I messaged the store and they told me to contact my local delivery depot who supports Royal Mail parcels as they have my order
I tried calling Poste Italiane and they still can't see the order in their system

This is the heart of the problem. Tracking often doesn't work properly when an item passes through a third country.

Check your contract with the seller. If it is now passed the time when the item should have arrived according to the contract then you need to claim from the seller.
