It states that they aim to deliver next day, but even allowing for the disruption due to recent strikes I would have thought it would have been delivered after 4 days.
Is this typical at the moment?

First Class Letter Signed For
A letter was posted to me on Monday 13th February using this service and I’ve yet to receive it.
It states that they aim to deliver next day, but even allowing for the disruption due to recent strikes I would have thought it would have been delivered after 4 days.
Is this typical at the moment?
