With the backlogs and hacking issues still going on, are many C&D parcels being posted and actually being processed/delivered on time or are they facing huge delays like the already delayed mail which many thousands of people are missing which all seem to be in a Milton Keynes holding facility?
I can't afford to use a courier but I was unsure if the C&D parcels were just operating as normal. I'm also confused about what to do with the parcel afterwards, I can have a postie collect it which is pointless as my PO is ten minutes away and I feel like id be making them do more work when I can do it myself, or I can drop it at the PO but the lady there says I still have to queue up regardless or they won't get scanned in? doesn't that sort of defeat the purpose of doing it myself as its supposed to stop me queueing?
I also tried asking about whether they accepted tracked 24 and 48 parcels and they didn't know, some people say you can drop them off at a PO, and others say you can't.

It's variable. I have stuff from November still in backlog but others been sent out straightaway. Expect it to take longer than normal also once it has left the UK. I would use any other provider than RM at the moment unfortunately. Do you feel lucky?!!

Re: Is it pointless to post International Mail with Click & Drop right now ?
I have a small number of shipments posted before the hack which haven't moved at all, I'm seeing reports online where others have sent shipments at the same time and they are now getting moving, so I'm still hopeful.
I have sent shipments from the start of February onwards, and they are progressing, taking up to 2 weeks to leave the country though.
I take them to the post office and queue up, the queues arent particularly long at the moment
Plus it gives me a chance to talk to post office staff about the situation!
