I’ve not seen this tracking info before

Posted something to a customer in Italy on the 9th, before the cyber attack and it’s been stuck since. This morning however I woke up to a new mortification saying it had arrived at a delivery office with a random number following it. I have googled it but nothing comes up, anyone know what this means ?

If you try the tracking number at https://parcelsapp.com/en which company does it say done that scan?

If you're lucky it could have reached the delivery office in Italy having missed all the usual scans on the way?

Oh how I miss the halcyon days when we had a mail service in the UK... now we are just left with this rotting clusterduck :cry
