My Proof of life for my pension was posted sign for on the 17/12/22 and it was delivered and signed for on the 29/12/22 at the North west Midland MC it was supposed to go to the Department of Work and Pensions because they have not received it in time they have stopped my pension

Whilst I am sure that there is a problem here, there is no evidence to suggest that it is with the mail system. The item was delivered. Assuming that this was supposed to go to a DWP office in the Midlands then all is as it should be on the RM side?

This was probably sent to one of the DWP's Mail Handling Sites which, despite a Wolverhampton WV98 or WV99 postcode, is likely to be in Kidderminster or Telford rather than Wolverhampton. The DWP should be able to answer your query.
