Special Delivery Stuck?

Hi Folks,

My passport was returned back to me via special delivery after getting a Chinese visa. The package was received at 20:13 yesterday and said despatched from London to Peterborough MC. This is the last update and should have been with me by 1pm today.

The visa people said they spoke with RM CS and there was a flood? Doesn’t seem right?

If you mean posted at 20:13 last night, then it is just about possible for it to be delivered today, but pushing it a bit. Are you sure it wasn't guaranteed for tomorrow?

No that’s the last update. It was recorded at the post office at 17:00. The last update was that it was despatched to Peterborough from London at 20:13. But we all know it doesn’t take that long to travel there 2 hours max.

I just don’t know why it says it was despatched as such. If it was despatched and never arrived then I’m concerned. It’s such an important document.
