Hi can anyone help, I’ve had a parcel from Latvia, held at Heathrow international LC from 4th December, it’s an electrical part for a motorcycle, basically a indicator switch control, I’ve had no indication I have to pay import duties, can anyone help out, what is Heathrow international LC, tracking number is LA902907490LV

There are delays there, it doesn't look like its entered RMs system yet but when it does you will see a confirmation from then that they have sent it on to the local delivery office, though this does rely on what the original service was.
