I had a parcel dispatch Spain on the 23rd November via Coreos and the tracking site for Coreos and Royal Mail says the item is "leaving the originating country".
It is now 4 weeks later and there is no sign of the parcel (which i need for Christmas) nor an update on tracking.
I have spoken to RM and they say the item is probably still in Spain and the sender contacted Coreos who say the item is in the UK. I suspect the issue in the later and it's stuck in UK customs.
RM and Coreos say there is no one to chase or ring to find out what the issue is but if anyone has any ideas on how i can find / get my parcel delivered that would be helpful!

Join the club! I'm waiting for two parcels from the USA - one has finally reached Langley HWDC after being despatched on 20 November! The other one is still 'somewhere'.

This makes me hopeful that my parcel,
which according to Canada Post arrived in the UK on the November 22nd (dispatched Nov 18), may turn up eventually!

I sort parcels in the early morning and I have been keeping an eye out for international. I saw one today from the US dated 28 Nov, but when I checked tracking through an app, it had only entered Royal Mails system 2 days ago.

I'm in a similar situation. My tracking info states that it left Germany on 2nd December, but there's no record of it since then.
I cannot see it being delivered tomorrow, which I believe means it won't be received in time for Christmas.

After a month it has finally shown up on the RM system as being in my local sorting office.
The issue now is that the postal strikes mean it’s unlikely it get it delivered by Christmas Day. At least I know it’s not lost!
