Collect from Mail Centre

Hi, I have a few parcels stuck at Medway MC since early last week, including a prescription, is it possible for me to go and collect from the MC? If so what time would be best?

No, you can't visit a Mail Centre.

There is no way they could find your items in the 10s of thousands they have anyway..

What service was used? It should give an idea of where in the system it's stuck (either in the MC or DO)

One is 24hr tracked the others are 48hr,says they are all at MC

It could potentially be stuck at either the MC or the DO, my gut feeling is that it's more likely stuck at the DO

That would be unusual as most DOs still have to operate a clear office policy. Roll Overs in DOs are still very rare.

Also as we don't know where the OP is its possible the MC could be either Inward or Outward.

My guess is its stuck in a backlog in an MC Outward, and not yet scanned.

There won't always be an outward MC scan as for big posters they might well either drop off their posting at the nearest RDC or RM will collect direct from them..

jocoll, from where in the country is it coming from and where's it going to?
