I understand the strike action but I do think it’s getting a little ridiculous now especially seeing as people including myself have posted things in November using first class postage for them to not have even arrived to people even on todays date. We are told posting dates to post by but even those aren’t helpful as items posted 2 weeks ago by special delivery aren’t turning up for a lot of people. The whole thing is a mess and I think if there are more strikes I’d have to find another service to use along with other peoples, and I’ve never ever had any issues with Royal Mail parcels in my 4 year history of using them but this is probably the worst I’ve ever seen it and there does seem to be a lot of panic for people who just aren’t getting their items delivered.
Again I understand why it’s happening, but it’s affecting millions of people to the point that maybe posties and bosses are shooting themselves in their own foot when the company ceases to exist due to no one using them anymore

Re: Will there be more strikes in January?
I agree that any more strikes will be counterproductive. People generally have sympathy with Royal Mail staff but there is a limit to what we can put up with. Strikes, especially extended ones, hurt customers a lot more than the Royal Mail management.
