Wouldn't it be good if everyone who said "if its a bill you can keep it" got smacked in the teeth as part of your duty.

Best I had was just this week - time on card was 0910 - he was in callers office at 0925 - took 10mins to explain that we don't have transporters like star trek and that the postie was still on his round.
