Langley International No Update and 1st class letter as well

Hello good people, my father sent us a large letter from Romania and is seems to be arrived and received in Langley from 27th of November. Now we are almost on mid December and my letter still not arrived. I'm wondering why? Tracking number is RN792574673RO . Also I have first class signed for letter that was sent from 29th November and not arrived yet. Now as the strike is for 2 days, I start thinking I may not receive neither this week nothing. I have called royal mail, made an complaint, but nothing seems to happen. Thanks in advance

For the Romania item, it cleared customs over 2 weeks ago. Some overseas services don't get much tracking within the UK, but it should show an attempted delivery. I suggest you visit your local Royal Mail Delivery Office and ask if they are holding it. To find this, use RM's tool here:

You will need to take ID (a passport or driving licence, etc). Opening hours may be affected by strikes.

Nothing that RM customer service can do about the first class letter as it won't be tracked so they cannot check where it is. Signed For only provides proof of delivery and isn't tracked along the way.
All post is going through severe delays at the moment. Mail from November and so on is severely delayed due to backlogs caused by Black Friday, Christmas post and strikes.
Lots of people have been waiting for international post from the beginning of November even.

Thanks for the info. Funny thing is my postie said the letter is not on the delivery office as he was looking for letters on my name all the time. No attempt of delivery was ever made as I'm working from home and also my postie know me very well, we are kind of friends, if he was have it would drop me a text letting me know. So if is not on my delivery hub, where could be? I'm really frustrated about this.... any advice? Thank you
