Hi im trying to contact Jubilee MC sorting office as i have a letter stuck everyone is ignoring me i needed it urgent last week
but its just sitting with a tracking number ... 24 hour fast tracked on the 7th it was dispatched NOT.. a strike day at all ,and has had plenty of windows
for delivery .......CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE ..NIGHTMARE !!! WHATS GOING ON ???
LITERALLY MY I.D NEEDED..50 MINUTE WAIT ON THE PHONE AT 25P A MINUTE ..FORGET IT ...AND NO EMAIL THE ROYAL MAIL TRACKING PAGE IS USELESS

The customer service cannot speed up anything or contact Jubilee MC.
It would be impossible for anyone there, even if they wanted to, to pinpoint where your letter is among thousands and thousands of items.
All the customer service can do is tell you what the tracking says and to claim for loss after a certain period. They cannot do much else.
All you can do is wait or arrange a replacement ID sent via courier so you avoid RM. RM should not be used right now for anything vital and urgent as they are not reliable at all at the moment.
Forgot to say MCs don't take calls. It's impossible to find a number for them online. I've tried myself before I knew how it all works.
I've been waiting for a tracked 24 since the 2nd so I know how frustrating it is. Mine has been sitting at Heathrow International LC since the 7th. I don't think it's ever coming to me to be honest as I'm 90 miles away from Heathrow and I can't see how it would be sent to my local delivery office like the tracking says from Heathrow.

It shouldn't cost that much to call RM. The correct number is 03457 740 740, which is lo-call rate. However, there are some scammers out there who try to "connect" you for an exorbitant fee.
You can also contact RM by email if you work your way through the following page (click "still need help..." at the bottom of the page). You have to fill in the web form for the initial message, but it is all on email thereafter
