I think the way subs is collected from pay is going to change it will be up to the individual to pay the subs rather than deducted from pay
A subtle way to discourage union involvement just a thought

Collecting subs if RM want to get akward is quite easy. The CWU send every member a Direct Debit Mandate and you fill it in just like you do for countless other bills, no great drama there. :cuppa
