S.d delays Birmingham mc been a week since scanned in

Item sent fri 6th via special was scanned in on mon and as of today has not moved from there can anyone assist about tracking down my item and getting it moving again was a birthday present birthdays past now

Hi north of Scotland but since being scanned in as received at mail centre on Monday there’s been no scans since

I've had delayes from Birmingham MC too
My last special delivery last Friday took till Monday to be scanned. Delivered then on Wednesday.
My tracked 24 sent on the same day was the same but still not delivered. They sent it to Heathrow International LC for some weird reason. I don't think by now I'll ever get it.

Without a tracking number to read the current scans its difficult to advise anything beyond there are delays etc. However, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland have dispensation and special processes so it may be because it falls within that region and that may explain the delay.

Don't know how much snow they've had up there but if it's a lot, it might be causing delays
