Advice Please - Mail centre Processing

Our Tracked 48 parcels go from the local depot to the Mail Centre where the sacks are opened and parcels scanned, is there a best time to get them to the Mail Centres? What time do they start processing today's mail (well maybe not today's :wink: ).

The first scan is important as it confirms to the customer it is in the system

Saturdays used to be a good time to post 60% or more of T48 could be delivered on the Monday if things went well but we currently have 3 Yorks stuck in the Mail Centre not had their first scan yet from Sat 3rd.

50% of Monday 5th have not had a scan
All of Tuesday 6th has been scanned
85% of Wednesday 7th has had a scan.
