Hello Guys and Gals,
Me again..
Currently trying to track a parcel from Amazon that's been sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracking NE796346977GB, but every time I try and track it, it just says "Sorry, we're currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference NE796346977GB . Please try again tomorrow.".
It was dispatched from Amazon Saturday 3rd December, and last (and only) trackable event from them is;
Saturday, 3 December
Carrier picked up the package.
Any idea why I am having trouble with the tracking? The RM app just won't work when I put that tracking number in, and Parcelsapp can't tell me any info.
