I found that graph through a link on this forum back in 2012, so it was dated even then and I don't know the original source. As I personally disagree with the idea that mail volumes are falling rapidly now, the “lower hanging fruit” went a few years ago with the GDRP thing, but I am sure I deliver more letters, advertising catalogs and magazines than I did a few years back. Maybe it’s the change of area and the the round I am on.
I just wanted to mock the idea that the decline has "accelerated since the advent of email" since it very clearly rockets upward through the 80s and 90s.
