There won't be a response from the CWU. RM are "Consulting" not "Negotiating".

According to government info an employer has to consult on redundancies, so if your saying they are, that's one box ticked for RM

The latest offer from RM say's no compulsory redundancies until end of March next year so they wouldn't have to do their consultation yet.
