Has the seasonal hours thing changed from the annualised? Working two hours a week more in the winter and two less in the summer sounds better than what they were planning to do.
Is there really any difference between season and annualised hours?
The difference is that RM are now suggesting it'll be a maximum of 2 hrs per week rather than 5 hrs per week, although it's still not been made clear how the hours worked will be recorded or controlled.
If any that gets through we're all going to need to record our working days in a diary

Banking of hours is a laugh.

I'd get to the end of the year with the company owing me about 3 weeks leave.

The new pay offer is nothing new, just 18 months now rather than 2 years, still only 7% if we accept everything. That to me is not even acceptable for the no strings pay rise we were balloted on. No Strings that was the mandate.
You have no chance of no strings. Read it, Final Offer. We are not going to get anymore, we will just be wasting money if we strike

Agree 💯

OK Simon, if that's the case then why did you agree on Sky TV that you're open to more talks with DW, as I assume you intend talking about more than just the weather?

Pay me £10,000 and I'll leave.

£6,000 won't last long.... £10,000 will be enough for me to go.

Have been doing that for years as a consequence of the management O/T abacus calculator batteries running out too often.

We'd be booking overtime from the start of every shift (10am if they get their way  )
