Can't see how "family friendly" can work in the future when the work starts to eventually arrive later at inward MCs (think it's a matter of when it start happening not if it'll start happening). The work will get processed later and therefore go out to DOs later

Having two people van sharing with completely different finish times wouldnt work.

Simple. Not every job in a DO is to prepare and deliver a certain number of streets, there are many different tasks and duties that can be changed to meet both the business and employees' concerns. Indeed Dos have been doing this since I joined 18 years ago.

Am I correct in saying that you are willing to lose your house! Wow that is bizarre thinking and very extreme. Reading some of the stuff on here it’s almost like some have become brainwashed. If I hated my job as much as that I’d foxtrot oscar and getting something else . Not worth getting so eaten up with hate of something or someone to not be bothered by the consequences! It’s like some have lost sight that this is a job, just a job and become radicalised!
