South west parcel hub?
Have something from China comings. Royal Mail text me yesterday to say it would be delivered today between 8.18-11.18. It never came. When I track it I get 'item received south west parcel hub' what does this mean? I've never seen this on tracking before. It's always a distribution centre or my local sorting office. Does anyone know what 'south west parcel hub' is and how come it hasn't moved or wasn't delivered today?

I also had another package from China come in earlier this week also which the tracking went completely normal. Never seen this before in my life

I concur, it may be a new entry for a Christmas overflow site, they get set up all over the country just in time for the 4 weeks before Christmas. It is a busy time so there may be some delays as the system ramps up.

I checked my other package tracking from China which arrived this week. It did pass through 'south west parcel hub' but left the same day to local DO. Very strange how this one has sat there since Thursday even though I got the sms from Royal Mail to say it would be delivered Friday. Still stuck at parcel hun now when my previous one stayed there for a few hours. Hopefully hasn't got lost
