I sent a parcel via special delivery by 1 yesterday. I upload all my tracking numbers to the “parcel” app which I find is the best tracking app going. It pinged up that the item had been delivered and signed for. Now the Royal Mail tracking is down when I go to check the signature but the parcel app updates way before the Royal Mail site lets me know and it does say “delivered”
How would you proceed with this ? Don’t know if the customer is pulling a fast one here or if their item genuinely hasn’t arrived. I don’t know why it would not have arrived however if it says it’s been delivered.

The first thing to do is look at the detail on the tracking and see where it was delivered. Does that match the address?

hello, it's okay now. The customer said the next door neighbour signed for it but didn't actually sign for it as there was no signature or evidence of a signature and has passed the parcel on.
