nahh , trying to wind posties up probably , but heho the members will have the last say on any agreement they have come to , and when you look at the strokes that the so called ceo has pulled to try and bully and intimidate staff to his way of working and the money he has wasted trying to do it ,can you TRUST him not to throw the toys out the pram again after christmas ? hes the one under pressure .

Well I've tried my best to warn you but I'm guessing some posties are either just too thick or too selfish to understand the indisputable fact that if the union were to somehow achieve total victory in this dispute and have all their demands met and RM weren't able to implement any of the changes they want to introduce then, in a very short space of time, all posties would be effectively out of a job... either because the business has failed completely and fallen into administration or has been taken over and all existing employees will be TUPE'd on to much inferior pay and T&C's.

Not true though is it. The union were originally demanding a no strings pay rise, as a result of inflation. Yet that's now become a negotiation over T&C's.

We expect an update from the CWU leadership later today. Scheduled talks finished yesterday as per the joint statement issued last week.

The Postal Executive Committee are meeting today to consider a report from the negotiating team.

RMG are making their own announcements to markets.

We've known this for months before the first strike.

The first strike had placards everywhere with no strings pay award

The two questions we were asked on the ballot were strike for a no strings pay award and strike against any changes made by executive action

It wasn’t strike to get a pay award but only if we accept loads of detrimental changes
