Delivering barely profitable letters to every address 6 days a week at massive cost which also impacts on the standard of service RM could otherwise offer with the parcel side of the business is an innovative plan is it?

hes probably one on lse share site saying we are all lazy and overpaid and do f**k all work and should be sacked . maybe just thinking of his investment and dividends , never mind DK will take over soon but hes not jumped in yet , clown .

nahh , trying to wind posties up probably , but heho the members will have the last say on any agreement they have come to , and when you look at the strokes that the so called ceo has pulled to try and bully and intimidate staff to his way of working and the money he has wasted trying to do it ,can you TRUST him not to throw the toys out the pram again after christmas ? hes the one under pressure .
From what I’ve just heard a whole load of allowances are going exPhg , ICS supplement , PBS supplement,MGV driving allowance , TPM allowance , rural waiting standby and a few others . I’ve already decided to vote NO . It’s like we’re financing our own pay raise. I hope my basic goes up by £20 to off set the loss of my ex phg allowance . I didn’t go on strike to win a pay cut .

I fully expect to lose my £6 a week driving pay . Why should the postman next to me lose money on a strike so I can keep money they don't get for doing the same job ? I look at it. It was obvious it would go years ago. I've had a good run. I'd rather it went and everyone got a decent rise.

I just cannot see any agreement as we will have part two after Xmas.
At what point do we all call time on the union ?
If post xmas this all comes in via executive action than the entire strikes have been pointless and the union have been shown to be powerless to stop it.
